How cancel and refund work. No lock-in. No cut of your bills.
Monthly
Cancel any month. We stop charging. Monthly plans start at ₹1,499 (engine), ₹1,999 (analytics only), or ₹3,999 (website as a service).
Founding cafes
The first 10 cafes get the first 3 months of their chosen monthly plan at ₹0. Launch package, if you pick it, is still ₹35,000, billed once.
Launch package
₹35,000 once for the Digital Infrastructure & Launch Package. That is sitting at your counter, the website, QR menu, Maps, and getting Cafeley on — not an install fee.
If we have not sat at your counter yet, write to us and we refund that package in full.
After that work is done, the launch package is not refunded. You keep the website if you cancel the monthly product.
Prefer ₹0 upfront? Website as a service is ₹3,999/mo. Already have a site? Analytics only is ₹1,999/mo + ₹2,000 onboarding.
If it is not helping
If after the first paid month we have not shown you one number that moved — wait complaints, review count, or the first fix — tell us and we stop. We do not keep charging while we argue.
How to cancel or ask
WhatsApp or email. Same person who sat at your counter. Refunds, when they apply, go back on the same path you paid.
